Level 4 is the highest group level a student can achieve in the Cantigny Junior Golf Development Program. Completion provides the opportunity for unsupervised play on the main golf course at Cantigny (during special time periods and at junior walking rates).
Successful completion of Level 4 means the junior golfer is proficient in all concepts and prepared to advance to a course yardage that fits his or her skill set. Level 4 clinics meet for five 90-minute sessions (typically later in the afternoon for course availability) and require an understanding of golf swing power sources, bunker play and proper club selection for outcome and scoring. Level 4 participants must be Level 3 (Skills Progression) graduates and have a set of properly sized golf clubs.
Certification is achieved by meeting the scoring parameters set forth in all tests. It may be necessary to repeat the class and/or private instruction will be recommended if the student cannot pass the key testing requirements. Level 4 completion includes a complimentary certificate redeemable for 9 holes (walking) on Cantigny’s Hillside, Woodside or Lakeside course.

16u provides a continuation program for the PGA Jr. League players who turn 14 before August 1, while also offering a starting point for beginning and recreational players ages 16 and under. This is designed to be an "in house" recreational league for players who want to enjoy the game with their friends while competing on the golf course in a low-pressure format.
Program Format
PGA Jr. League 16u mirrors the 13u program by maintaining the team environment, scramble format and match play scoring. All 9-hole, 2 hour matches will be played on the main golf course at Cantigny. Players will be divided into foursomes each match, with a league maximum of 20 players. Players will receive a Cantigny golf shirt, Four (4) practices and Five (5) matches.
