Operating Procedures

  • Parental Waiting/Pick-up

Back porch is available, however, parents may also wait in car.  At the conclusion of class, we ask that parent or guardian stand outside their vehicle so junior may proceed to them.

  • Introduction

A “welcome” email will be forwarded by email explaining everything parents and students will need to know about the clinic. 

  • Daily Handouts

All daily handouts will be emailed to the parent / guardian prior to the start of each series.

  • Restrooms

All building doors will remain open during business operations. 

The range will have a portable restroom having a hand washing/sanitizing ability and be accessible for children.  

  • Inclement Weather Shelter

Golf Academy and classrooms will be a safe area to wait out temporary storm/rain.  If upcoming weather is questionable, daily clinic may be rescheduled.

  • Testing

Instructors will provide a written test, and group play will still be administered at the Youth Links as an on-course test on the final day.


  • Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued up to 48 hours prior to the start date of a junior development program. There is a 3% processing fee for all refunds issued. Cancelations inside of 48 hours are subject to a partial refund or no refund.
