Prior to signing up online for a clinic, guardians need to create both Guardian and Student Profiles. We recommend registering on a Laptop or Desktop for ease of use.

On this page, Guardians/Students can:
- Book upcoming clinics
- View upcoming clinics here
- Cancel and trigger an automatic refund if canceled 72 hours prior to the clinic.
- Refund takes 5-8 business days.
- Guardians can only cancel/refund entire clinics NOT individual days, by clicking on the red cancel button.
- Inside 72 hours of the clinic beginning, a refund form needs to be completed by staff and turned in.
- View past clinics taken
PASSWORDS & USERNAMES
Most common issues
- Guardians click and request a new password, the password email sent from JCVideo gets hung up in the Guardians Spam Folder.
- Guardians use a different email address to request a password change.
- Guardians exceed the number of attempts, locking the account for a time period.
TRANSFERRING CLINICS
Guardians may wish to transfer a student from one clinic to another.
- PREFERRED: Cancel online for a refund and register for the new clinic.
- Call our facility and our staff can fill out a transfer form.
- Not guaranteed and based on availability
PGA FULL & HALF DAY CAMPS
Questions about PGA Full Day and Half Day Camps are referred to the PGA, the Academy does not handle registration or refunds.
